HISTORY OF OUR FIRM :

The law firm of Kerr, Irvine, Rhodes and Ables originated in 1953 as the firm of Kerr, Conn and Davis headed by Robert S. Kerr who became Oklahoma's Governor and U.S. Senator where he served until his death in 1963. In 1980 the firm assumed its present corporate name when Robert S. Kerr, Jr., Francis S. Irvine and Horace G. Rhodes became its stockholders and officers. Since that time, four additional lawyers, J. Angela Ables, James W. Rhodes, James R. Barnett and R. Thomas Lay have become stockholders. Jeff Hartmann and Johnny Blassingame have become associates with the firm. Robert A. Miller is of counsel. Our offices are on the sixth floor of the Bank of Oklahoma Plaza located adjacent to the State and Federal courts in Oklahoma City and minutes from the State Capitol Building.
